We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They even went above and beyond by preparing a take-away breakfast for us on our last day. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection of both Western and local options. The rooms were beautifully decorated and kept meticulously clean. We especially enjoyed the hotel's private onsens, which provided a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The proximity of the hotel to the nearby lift made it incredibly convenient for skiing. The wifi connection was also great, ensuring we could stay connected throughout our stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and I felt like I was close to everything. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and my room was spacious and had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I appreciated their assistance whenever I needed it. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation and a shuttle to the ski lift, making it easy to explore this city.
Couldn’t fault this hotel at all.

Amazing staff and great service. The location is perfect for skiing as it's close to the slopes and lift passes can be bought at reception. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with beautiful views.
The food at the restaurant was overpriced and not very good. The walk to the slopes is steep and quite tiring, especially after a day of skiing. The onsen was small and often crowded, not very relaxing.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was situated right on the edge of the town centre, which made it quiet and peaceful at night. The slopes were easily accessible as well, just a short walk down the hill. The hotel itself was surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes, providing plenty of options for dining. The rooms were spacious and cozy, featuring in-room heating and comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. And the views were simply breathtaking!
While the hotel was in a great location, it was a bit of a walk away from the bus stop.

During our Christmas holiday stay, we had a pleasant experience at a hotel in Nozawa. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of both western and eastern cuisine and there was a helpful French-speaker on staff. The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and had a gorgeous onsen.
The distance to the lifts was further than expected, making for a long uphill hike.
